This Subscription Policy describes Our policies and procedures on the collection, use, and disclosure of Your information when You use the Service and tells You about Your Subscription rights and how the law protects You.

1. Subscription Plans

Our app offers the following premium subscription plans:

  • Weekly Subscription: Auto-renews every week unless canceled.
  • Monthly Plan: Provides access for 30 days (Non-Renewable).
  • Yearly Plan: Provides access for 1 year (Non-Renewable).

2. Auto-Renewal Policy (For Weekly Plan Only)

  • ● The weekly plan is auto-renewable and will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled.
  • ● The renewal charge will be automatically deducted from your Google Play account.
  • ● To avoid renewal, you must cancel the subscription at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

3. Non-Renewable Purchase Plans (Monthly & Yearly)

  • ● The monthly and yearly plans are non-renewable purchases plan and do not renew automatically.
  • ● You will need to manually purchase a new subscription once your current plan expires.

4. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your weekly subscription anytime by following these steps:

  • 1. Open Google Play Store.
  • 2. Navigate to Profile > Payments & Subscriptions.
  • 3. Select Aivo AI - Premium Plan.
  • 4. Click Cancel Subscription.

5. No Partial Refunds

We do not provide partial or pro-rated refunds for any subscription plans.

After cancellation, you can continue using the premium features until the current billing period ends.

6. Payment & Billing

Payments are processed securely through Google Play Store.

If the payment fails due to insufficient funds or any other issue, Google Play may retry or cancel your subscription.

7. Changes to Subscription Terms

We reserve the right to modify or update subscription pricing, features, or terms at any time.

Users will be notified in advance of any changes via email or in-app notifications.
